When’s the last time you just slept ’til you woke up? No alarm clock, no agenda, no hunÂgry pets—just lisÂtenÂing to your own body?
Try it this week. In fact, do it at least one day each week. It will give your body a chance to recharge and top off your batÂterÂies, so to speak.
