Sleep ’til you wake
When’s the last time you just slept ‘til you woke up? No alarm clock, no agenda, no hungry pets — just listening to your own body?
Try it this week. In fact, do it at least one day each week. It will give your body a chance to recharge and top off your batteries, so to speak.
