I’m very eager to get hold of this book, but I seriously doubt that the local library is going to order it any time soon. I’ll have to hope that one of the medical schools in the university system does get it, and wait ’til it’s available via interlibrary loan. Of course, if some kind individual wants to gift it to me, I’ll happily read it and post a real review!
