I do at least a dozen silly things every day, thanks in part to fibro fog. The sooner I let go of my anger and frustration and laugh at myself, the sooner my stress levels go back down, allowing me to think more clearly again.

I do so many silly things that my daughter and I joke about me being ‘broken’. But it’s done in a fun and loving way, because she understands why I am this way. Then we laugh and move on, until I do something else silly. ;)

Laughter is very good. It induces you into a state of trance. This is very very subliminal. I really agree with what Victoria sad. She’s the one.

In the past I had a serious problem and I had to try a narconon drug rehab. There I’ve learned lots of good things that I use in this day too. The most important thing is to realize that life is wonderful and we have to live it no matter what.

Laughing is a good remedy that is really required if you want to get rid of that daily stress. Just my opinion.
