Flowers Fighting Fibromyalgia!

OrigÂiÂnally uploaded by ChatOmbre.
This is a one flower of the lovely bouÂquet in my livÂing room right now. Sam knows how much I value fresh flowÂers, so he usuÂally brings them to me every week or two. Katie knows that I adore them, so she phoÂtographs them, allowÂing me to enjoy them even longer. ActuÂally, the image in my blog header is from another bunch of flowÂers Sam bought for me. I arranged them and Katie phoÂtographed them.
This is one of my litÂtle joys, one of the things that disÂtracts me from the pain and disÂcomÂfort of fibromyalÂgia and other diagÂnoses. What’s one of yours?

I would have to say that fresh flowÂers hold the same meanÂing for me as well. Though I don’t expeÂriÂence FM, but someÂtimes my depresÂsion sinks in deeper than its usual place. When it does, flowÂers really help.
I love to garÂden and have a large colÂlecÂtion of hardy perenÂniÂals. Now that it’s winÂter here, I am renewÂing my interÂest in indoor plants. My African vioÂlets are just gorÂgeous right now!
I just disÂcovÂered your blog and am off to read more…
